Luby I have the honour to forward for the signification

of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance

intituled:-

"An Ordinance to regulate the entry and

departure of persons into and out of the Colony,

to prohibit the entry of undesirable immigrants

and to confer various powers in connexion

therewith".

The enclosed report by the Attorney General

explains the objects and reasons of the Ordinance.
